Privacy Policy on the MCM website

The responsible for data processing is MCM - Mário da Costa Martins & Filho, Lda. (hereinafter referred to as MCM), legal person no. 500911371, with registered office at Rua da Quinta de Santa Maria, no. 150, Maximinos, 4700-244 Braga, Portugal. By providing personal data on the MCM website, the visitor is explicitly consenting to their use for the purpose of executing their requests.

Data collection

We only collect personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by visitors to the MCM website. MCM receives limited identifying information such as name, telephone number, email address, and message from website visitors. Generally, identifying information is collected for:

There is information we receive that is not stored. Visitors' contacts (such as information taken from the registration of access to certain areas on the website) will be saved for as long as necessary to respond to requests or until a user requests the deletion of that information. Resumes are only eliminated when they are no longer under consideration, or when they are considered out of date by our Human Resources department.

MCM website.
